Arthur’s House Shipping Policy
Arthur’s House ships Australia-wide on eligible products. All orders are packed with care and dispatched from our store in Ballarat, Victoria.
Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
We do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, parcel size and weight, and your chosen delivery speed.
Oversized, fragile or heavy items may require a custom shipping quote or may be available for Click & Collect only. These items will be clearly marked on their product pages, and we will contact you if a custom quote is needed before your order is processed.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and is on its way.
Delivery Timeframes & Liability
Delivery time estimates shown at checkout are provided by our courier partners and should be used as a guide only.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, Arthur’s House is not responsible for courier delays.
If you would like authority to leave without a signature, please leave a note at checkout.
Click & Collect (Free)
Click & Collect is available during store hours at 421 Sturt Street, Ballarat Central.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Returning Items by Post
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Arthur’s House Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your pieces from Arthur’s House. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if the item is:
• unused
• unopened
• in original condition
• in original packaging with all tags attached
• accompanied by proof of purchase
Change of Mind — Not Accepted For
For hygiene, care and handling reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• bedding (quilts, sheets, pillowcases, cushions)
• bath products
• artwork
• rugs
• any used, opened or damaged items
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us at hello@arthurshouse.com.au as soon as possible.
We will assess your item in line with Australian Consumer Law and provide an appropriate remedy.
Return Shipping
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
If returning in store, simply bring your item and proof of purchase.
